WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE CONFERENCE
OF WOMEN CONTEMPLATIVE COMMUNITIES OF THE PHILIPPINES (CWCCP)
UNITED IN SEEKING THE FACE OF GOD THROUGH A LIFE FULLY DEDICATED
TO PRAYER, SILENCE, SOLITUDE, AND FRATERNAL COMMUNION,
JOURNEY TOGETHER IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE SYNODAL CHURCH.
IN THE MIDST OF ALL VARIABLE TRANSITIONS OF TIME
THAT CHALLENGE THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL COMMITMENT
AND THE SUSTAINABILITY OF CONSECRATED LIFE
WE ALSO FACE THE GLOBAL REALITIES
OF BREAKDOWN OF HUMAN FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES,
MISUSE OF THE BENEFITS OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY,
AND DIVERSITY OF WORLDLY OPTIONS THAT OVERSHADOW THE PRIMACY OF GOD,
THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE, AND THE CARE FOR OUR COMMON HOME.
WE ACKNOWLEDGE THE CALL TO RADIATE THE FACE OF GOD
TO A WORLD THAT ALSO LONGS TO SEE HIS FACE
AS WE FOLLOW MORE RADICALLY OUR LIFE OF UNCONDITIONAL COMMITMENT
TO OUR VOWS AND OUR CHARISM NOURISHED BY THE GOSPEL WE HEAR
AND SACRAMENT WE DAILY RECEIVE.
FAITHFUL TO OUR VOCATION AS THE PRAYING HEART OF THE CHURCH.
WE STRIVE TO EMBRACE IN OUR LIFE OF PRAYER
OUR WOUNDED AND BROKEN HUMANITY
WHILE WE DEEPEN THE SPIRIT OF LOVE, MERCY AND COMPASSION
AS OUR AUTHENTIC WITNESSING TO GOD’S LOVE AND HEALING PRESENCE.
